We need collaboration ,most desperately,with the Japs in the area of National Character building.It is in  this area that our PM should have signed  a few pacts.Say ,their investing some of their character building technology,instead of money.Foreign investment would just disappear with out giving our economy a boost unless the  character building technology is in place..Our character building technology started going defunct after the departure of the British.While here they condemned us to create something in the nature of a national character.Then we learnt of reverse engineering and to find out how the thing works.One conclusion was that  you don't need a national character,a provincial character will do. Infact a state of charactterlessness would be  the best  alternative to a host of problems that the Indian brand of  Democracy started facing.The Jap are   now doing hectic research to find out as to how decision making can be made obsolete .How randomness can be substituted ,how a leader is a ceremonial adjunct.How grass root management means everyone is an individual enterprise,perfectly democratic in intent and purpose. Individual  has only to look after himself ,and automatically it will add up to the common good.In such noble pursuit there should be no holds barred.
